I had my last cooking class today. It was a sad time... although we all had a good time cooking. Chef LaCount is such a great person... he is funny, makes really great food and he knows a lot of things. He always tries to give us a variety of stuff to read about... and tries to make the class interesting... I am going to miss having his class.

SO I am really graduating huh? This sux.
